SQUADINO

Safeguarding

Squadino is built for clubs with junior athletes, guardians, and staff who need to stay in touch — and that comes with responsibility. Here's what the product actually does to support your club's safeguarding policy, and what stays your club's responsibility.

Guardians stay in the loop without an app login

A junior athlete's guardian can be linked to their account and reached by push, email, or SMS, and can RSVP to events by a signed link — without ever creating an account or handing over data they don't need to.

Content moderation is built in, not bolted on

Club walls and chat support banned-word filtering, flagging, and moderator review, so admins have real tools to act on inappropriate content rather than relying on manual policing.

Community agreements are tracked, not assumed

Clubs set their own code-of-conduct text, and Squadino records when each member accepted it — so there's a real record, not just a page nobody read.

Access is controlled by role and document

Staff documents like Working With Children Checks can be tracked with expiry dates, and access to sensitive records is limited to admins, the uploader, and the person the document belongs to by default.

What's still on your club

Squadino gives your club the tools — it doesn't replace your safeguarding policy. Your club is responsible for obtaining appropriate guardian consent, complying with the child-safety requirements in your jurisdiction, and deciding who's appointed to moderate and act on flagged content. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for the detail.

Have a specific safeguarding question before you sign up — a compliance requirement, an integration with your existing WWCC process, anything else? Get in touch.
