Is there a free trial?
Yes — every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and there's also a standalone Free Trial tier with no credit card required at all. We'll email you before a paid trial ends so there are no surprise charges.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time from your club's billing page. Moving between monthly and yearly billing, or between tiers, is handled by our billing provider (Stripe) and prorates automatically.
How do I cancel?
From the billing portal, any time — no phone call or email required. Access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for; there's no early-termination fee.
Does Squadino only work for swimming clubs?
No. Squadino supports any sport or activity — clubs can register for multiple sports, and features like teams, results and training all work per-sport within one club account.
Do guardians need to download an app or create an account?
No. Guardians can be linked to a junior athlete and reached by push notification, email, or SMS, and can RSVP to events from a signed link without ever logging in. A full account is optional, not required.
Who owns our club's data?
Your club does. We process it to provide the service — see our Privacy Policy for the detail — but events, messages, results and member records belong to your club, not to us.
What happens to our data if we don't renew?
We keep it for a reasonable period after cancellation so you can export anything you need, then it's deleted or anonymised, except where we're required to keep records for longer.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fee, and no lock-in contract — you're billed for the plan and interval you choose, and can cancel any time.
What support is included?
Every paid plan includes email support; Growth, Scale and Full add priority email and, on the higher tiers, phone support. See the Pricing page for exactly what's included on each plan.
