SQUADINO

Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 August 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Squadino (the "Service"), provided by Squadino ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the club, school or organisation you represent ("Customer").

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Customer is responsible for all activity under its account, including actions taken by members, coaches, staff and guardians it invites or approves.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via our payment processor, Stripe. Where a free trial is offered, your payment method (if provided) will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as set out in these Terms.

  • You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the billing portal.
  • Cancelling stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before it applies to your next billing cycle.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to upload unlawful, harassing or abusive content, to store data you are not authorised to hold (including about children) without appropriate consent, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

4. Content and data ownership

Customer retains ownership of the content it uploads (events, messages, documents, results and similar data). We process this content to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Safeguarding and minors

Where the Service is used with junior athletes, Customer is responsible for obtaining appropriate guardian consent and for complying with applicable child-safety obligations in its jurisdiction. Squadino provides tools (guardian linking, moderation, community agreements) to support this but does not replace Customer's own safeguarding policies.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Customer may cancel at any time; on termination, we will retain data for a reasonable period to allow export before deletion, except where we are required to delete it sooner.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability to the amount paid by Customer in the 12 months preceding a claim, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email before they take effect.

9. Contact
